Inauguration Parade
Here we go!!! Friday Dec 5, 2008 we received the official nomination to represent Arizona in the 2009 Presidential Inauguration Parade. This is a historic event of an enormous magnitude and our students will get to participate in it. This will be the place for updates as we get them. Preparations are being made for flights and lodging. We are looking to the great people of Arizona and local business’s to help us raise the much needed funds for the trip. It’s estimated we’ll need between $350,000 to $400,000. All the information for tax credits is posted here. If you are a business and would like to sponsor the Mountain Ridge band, please contact any of the people listed below and we will be extremely happy to assist you. Those of you who do not live in Arizona can make a tax deductible (both federal and state) contribution, payable to MRHS Band, and send it to:
